Reports coming in suggests that a total of three FBI National Academy Association websites have just been hacked. The hackers exploited a minor flaw in the three websites and downloaded all the contents of each web server.🙊
After the cyber-theft have been carried out, the hackers then put the stolen info up for grabs on their own website. The stolen document was said to be containing around 4,000 unique records of member names, personal email addresses, phone numbers and even postal addresses.
Techcrunch got the privilege to speak to one of the hackers through an encrypted chat,😨the hacker said “We hacked more than 1,000 sites,Now we are structuring all the data, and soon they will be sold. I think something else will publish from the list of hacked government sites.“😲👤
The hackers which were more than ten said they used public exploits, and also saying that most of the sites they hit were not up-to-date and had outdated plugins.
When asked what the end game was for them “hackers”, h said just two things, “Experience and Money.”🙋
