Ginni Rometty has achieved some very great feat over the year, she was the first female to head IBM, also named on the fortune’s 50 most powerful women in the world not once not twice but for 10 consecutive years.

Ginni Rometty won a scholarship to attend the Northwestern university of illonois when she was still a teenager. She later graduated from the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied science.

Ginni Rometty got her first job at General Motors Institute where she then moved on to IBM as their Systems Engineer. It was from there she began getting her promotions, first she was given the post of senior VP then Executive for sales. Then after putting in a lot of effort in 2011 she finally got herself the post of the CEO.👏👍

Ginni Rometty is married to one Mark Anthony she met during her college internship program.

Ginni Rometty has been a role model to lots of women. She has been a woman of limitless capability, she was also the third female to have registered as a member at the Augusta National Golf Club.

Ginni Rometty is truly a woman to look up to for inspiration.
