As we all know alibaba is the 7th most valuable company in the world and the 2nd in china. It ceo Daniel Zhang has hinted on the trump’s trade war sh*t, saying that the nation is a self sufficient one as he said in the world economic forum.
He said instead it that as a fact it is the foreign nations that would still and always come to access the country’s market of 1 billion customers.
Coming to think of it the ceo does have a point, Chinese tech giants such as Tencent, the sixth most valuable company in the world, and Alibaba, seventh most valuable company in the world, have appeared seemingly out of nowhere by racking up hundreds of millions of consumers in their own country.
He went on by saying “As long as the consumption power is there, the US, Europe [will] want to come to China,” Zhang said. “The most important thing is consumption power, [of] which I believe China is a strong growing driver in the future.”
