So according to the page detailing the recruitment, it shows that the company employs 2,271 in japan and they earn an average salary of $80,600, In addition to their salary, Nintendo offers employees commuter benefits, twice yearly bonuses, and an annual pay raise. They even have plans of recruiting some 81 college students, the increase in recruitment which was previously 59 in 2018 shows the company are having a good 2019.
The average employee age is 38.6, and the average tenure with the company is 13.5 years. And guess what? The average wirking time at nintendo japan is 7 hours and 45 minutes with an hour break for each shifts. Employees in the main office get to work around 8:45, while developers start their day closer to 9:30.
