The incident took place on Sunday after several bombs went off killing a whooping 290 people and injuring 500 people.

A nation wide emergency is said to be declared from midnight on Monday. A cabinet spokesman in a report said that “we do not believe these attacks were carried out by a group of people who were confined to this country. There was an international network without which these attacks could not have succeeded.”

president Maithripala Sirisena have asked for foreign help to help track down the perpetrators of this evil act.😈

Shocking as it may be, the Sri Lankan prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe said the security services got some anonymous tip of possible attacks but never acted on it.😠

More than seven blasts went off at different locations but a detailed break down of how many were killed at each locations have not been specified.

According to Mr Wickremesinghe, “we must look into why adequate precautions were not taken. Neither i nor the ministers were kept informed.”😞😒

Mr Wickremesinghe have been named by a government spokesperson as the no.1 suspect.

Chief-of-staff to the president, Hemasari Fernando, said that information received this month was of only one or two possible attacks, and that he never expected anything of this magnitude. (Seriously?)

The bombings killed lots of Christians, 35 foreign nationals, and also three children of Danish billionaire Anders Holch Povlsen, 5 British citizens, Two engineers from Portugal, Two Chinese nationals, Two Australians, one person from the Netherlands and one from Japan.😳😦😣
Sri Lanka as we all know is home to more than 1.5 million Christians, while 12.6% are Hindus and 9.7% make up Muslims.
