So Elizabeth warren, a US Democrat has said that her no.1 agenda is to break up tech giants like Google, Amazon, and Facebook if she gets elected in 2020. Speaking to a crowd in New York she said she was “sick of freeloading billionaires”. Her regulatory plan would reverse some tech mergers and stop companies from competing on their own platforms.
She placed emphasid on things like Amazon acquisition of WholeFood, and Facebook linking with whatsapp and instagram, as well as Google linking with Waze (if she succeeds in doing that, then i guess we should all say byebye to our social lives). It doesn’t end there she also said she was gonna end things like Amazon selling on its own Amazon Marketplace platform (what the h… How does that even help anything).
She outlined her proposals in a post onthe website Medium. The companies have not yet commented. Remember when Amazon said it was gonna be building it HQ2 in new york but then later withdrew last month, well guess what. Where they planned on building that HQ2 was exactly the same place Democrat Elizabeth spoke on those her agenda ( that wierd and awkward right😓😱😦). Elizabeth Warren was the first major Democrat to announce a 2020 presidential bid. She’s since been joined by five of fellow senators, a current governor, a former governor and an ex-cabinet secretary, among others. Although she came out of the gate first, the pack has quickly caught up.
Mrs warren has a backgound in law and policy academia, she found her way onto the national stage following the 2008 economic collapse leading the creation of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau a government agency that would serve as a Wall Street watchdog and public advocate. On New year’s eve she bacame the first major Democratic candidate to announce that she was planning a presidential bid.
One thing we know about this lady is that “she ain’t playing no games” and that she would go to any length to achieve her goals.
Let us know what you think about Democrat Elizabeth’s agenda is it a hit or a Dud, let us know down in the comment section.
