Dorian Daley, Oracle executive vice president and general counsel, said in a statement that Oracle is “in compliance” with its regulatory obligations and is “committed to equality.”
“This meritless lawsuit is based on false allegations and a seriously flawed process within the OFCCP that relies on cherry picked statistics rather than reality,” Daley said. “We fiercely disagree with the spurious claims and will continue in the process to prove them wrong.
The complaint also acuses oracle of using discriminatory college employment method by prefering to hire asians (which i dont see anything wrong with that), But here the catch, out of 500 oracle hired from between 2013 till now 90% of them are asians and this is done because this are people bearing a visa- which leads to lower wage practice.
And this choicd of employment is because this group of people(asians) depends on aracle’s authorization for them to work in the us giving oracle more room for oppression and surpression. To top it all they were also accused of destroying evidence of employment related to their hiring practices.
